Yes, the editor can assign each author to any section or group of sections. That author is then restricted to the areas assigned.

Our hosting company backs up the site everyday and keeps 14 days.
That service is provided for the quoted price. Additionally, we can burn backups to be stored or mailed out.
That would be at a cost of $50 per backup.
We do have customers who have us backup their site monthly and mail them the disks.

Can I purchase the software and take it to another server?

This is a hosted service. However, for various reasons our customers may need to own the software and have it in their possession.
Under those circumstances, it is for sale.
We cannot support the software on other servers, though, so should you decide to purchase the software,
you may want to host it on our servers.

Yes, we have allocated a certain percentage of our resources to supporting these groups.
